Bree's Review:

This game is set in Gransys, a high fantasy world inspired by Sicily, and players assume the role of the protagonist known as the Arisen, who is tasked with defeating the dragon Grigori. Players can customize their main character and a companion known as a pawn, adjusting features like name, gender, body type, and more. The game offers both main quests and side quests, the latter often involving escorting characters to various locations. Throughout the game, you interact with other characters from the story, giving them gifts to influence your relationships. The open world of the game is expansive and enjoyable to explore, with extensive options for character customization including stances, voices, and scars. The combat system is engaging and fun. However, some characters feel underdeveloped, lacking dynamic dialogue, which can detract from the immersion. Additionally, the travel system, which relies on placing a Portcrystal and using a Ferrystone to teleport, feels restrictive compared to the better mechanics found in games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
